Jefferson Parish Warrant Records Online
The Jefferson Parish Clerk of Court runs JeffNet, a closed Internet browser-based service that has been available since 2004. JeffNet provides access to property, civil, criminal, and other public records maintained by the clerk's office. It runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except during maintenance periods. You can access JeffNet through the JeffNet login page.
JeffNet pricing is straightforward. A 24-hour access pass costs $5.00. Monthly subscriptions are also available with credit card. Document downloads cost $0.75 per page. Certified copies of court records run $0.75 per page plus $5.00 for certification. Certified copies of mortgage records cost $0.75 per page plus $10.00 for certification.
The records available through JeffNet go back a long way. Mortgage and conveyance records cover 1825 to present. Assessment rolls go back to 1992. Parish courts criminal and traffic records start at 1990. The 24th JDC criminal records begin April 28, 1994 for search, with images going back to 1840. Marriage licenses date back to the 1840s. An important note from the site: "Juvenile Court records are not available for public examination and are not accessible through JeffNet." Under La. R.S. 44:1, most warrant records remain public once filed.

The 24th Judicial District Court sits at the Thomas F. Donelon Building, Suite 2100, 200 Derbigny Street, Gretna, LA 70053. This is where all felony and serious criminal cases are handled for Jefferson Parish. Under Louisiana Code of Criminal Procedure Article 211.1, individuals with certain non-violent misdemeanor warrants may qualify for summons release rather than physical arrest.
